Pragma Memorials are a Scottish Based Company, and we offer FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL PRODUCTS (No Minimum Purchase).
Once an order is received, your order will be processed and pack within 1-2 business days and will arrive within the following times: 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail: 1-4 working days. Free UK 2nd Class Post: up to 7 working days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations for logistical or religious reasons.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus our outbound delivery costs to you if applicable).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of Pragma Memorials receiving and inspecting the returned item. You must retain proof of postage. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply reply to your Order Confirmation email, or send an email request to return an item to: info@pragmamemorials.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
